Transplant Sport UK invites all transplant golfers to compete for the 5 Nations Trophy. The Hilton Templepatrick Hotel & Country Club is a full-service hotel. From the moment you arrive, you will realise that we pride ourselves on providing a personalised service in a relaxing setting. Set in wooded parkland within the Castle Upton Estate, County Antrim, the hotel is just 15 minutes from Belfast International Airport by courtesy shuttle and 20 minutes’ drive from Belfast city centre.

The main competition will be played on Saturday 30th May. Practice rounds and accommodation are available on Friday 29th May. There will be a prize giving private dinner and evening entertainment.
